我的小金人在那裡

爸昨天給我看的。

六年好像是個 magic number。

Vicky Cheung 用了六年做到了 sous.

我的 sous 也用了六年的時間。

就連李安也待了六年,才稍微有出頭的機會。

我的故事,會有怎樣的發展?

我不要開星星餐廳,我只要可以達到我想做的 social enterprising,還有有時間有錢可以放假,跟家人去玩。

可否快三年?

One of the NET teacher in my school comes from the States. His wife, who is a HongKonger, also teaches in my school. Back in the State, they ran a business of Chinese restaurant. They started the business when they were in their forties. Before they started, the husband worked as the Manager of Pizza Hut to learn how to run a restaurant while the wife worked as a waitress in a Chinese restaurant part-time at night. At the same time, she worked as a full-time designer. In this way, they earned the money as well as the experience they needed. This went on for two years before they rent a place, and later bought one for their own restaurant. So the time can cut short if someone work for the same goal as you.

What a great story! I think more than just help, it's the fact that there's someone who believes in you even when you're having doubts yourself, that's priceless.

I'm sure it'll work out for you. A year earlier or later will not make or break you. Just keep following your dream bro!
