我的二三事

有時在想,連自己也不太著意的事,又有多少人會留意關心?

寫部落格是為啥,有時真的不太清楚。

(哈哈! Duvel 啤酒的確不同,double fermentation 所產生的 8.1% 酒精很快令人有點 "blue")

最近迷上了煮湯,特別是清雞湯,被它吸引著。看它從 「unclarified」到「clarified」的過程,有點興奮。

我決定變本加利,作個「double consommé」,用來餵海參 :)

My "assignment" from a friend is finally "published"! It is a collection of, mostly, pictures I took within the last two weeks before I left Seattle. Looking back, those were good days, though they can be even better. I never regret leaving the job (although my dad always reminds me the surging stock price of AMZN). For one thing, I enjoy what I am doing now. At least, whenever I dream of myself cooking or thinking of improving a recipe, I feel good and satisfied when I wake up.

I'm glad that my friend gave up his job too for pursuing his dream of working professionally in the culinary world.

You can give up a lot of things, but never give up your life.
