超爽!
This is the first time I've ever completed a review in a very very timely manner--the exit interview review!!! It's not because I didn't write anything (and in fact this is one of the reviews I've ever put the most thoughts on during my seven years of service here), it's just super 爽 to describe how good the company is!
And now, I'm all ready to leave this shelter and start a new chapter.

My exit intereview 3 yrs ago wasn't that 爽 wor! But it was a great feeling though! Finally parting ways with the old company(I was there for 6 yrs) and start to walk my own path!

Hey 村上迷, I haven't had my exit interview yet, but I filled out a review form that allows me to count the blessings I had with the company. It was a very funny process and I enjoyed it much! I wonder though.... how much of the information they're going to use. Oh well, this company is following GE's personnel evaluation systems, which I'm sure they will pretty much ignore comments from employees who are "achieving" company goals in their standards.
That said, I hope I'm wrong.
