Cooking @ 2am
Since I'll have a class tomorrow from 9-5, so I just have to start cooking @ 2am :-) Here's almost all the ingredients for tomorrow's dinner!!
There are a few ingredients that I've never used before, like this funny shaped palm sugar--if you don't know yet, it's from the sap of palm tree. Getting the sap from the palm tree is pretty dangerous since workers need to climb up the tall tree.
Oh, I found out this interesting label from a sauce bottle. Pretty silly but fun!
